IPad 3 is a tablet processor which is marketed and manufactured by Apple Corporation.  It now has a Retina display, an Apple chip with a quad core processor, voice transcription, HD 1080p video recording,  Streaming  and  4G. IPad 3 was brought into the market in 2012, in ten different states around the world. It got hopeful assessment and earned approval for its Retina display, 4G (LTE) and fast processor qualities.

Strengths

• IPad 3 is one of the successful product of Apple company which is known due to its brand name.

• Due to its shape and functionality its user increases day by day and thus it generate a huge revenues for the company.

• The IPad 3 has a higher standard worth. The IPad screens are anti-scratch, light in mass and very thin in shapes which are comfortable to carry.

• One of the biggest strength of Ipad 3 is its modernism and qualities of IPad 3, which can be seen after the release of its tablet version.

Weaknesses

• After observing two lawful conquers and dissimilar defects apple refunded for its aussies customers.

• The Apple Company was charged £1.46m by the Australian court above the publicity of its new Apple product (IPad 3), which stated that it was well suited with a 4G mobile data connection but it was not.

• The price of IPad 3 and other Apple products is frequently expensive as compare to the other brands and thus a very few people can afford it and the customer go towards tablets of other companies.

• Taking IPad 3 in special Apple products have faced many problems.

Opportunities

 • Apple should start to develop light weighted & more functional tablets products to facilitate them in making more modern and technological iPad 3 which can fulfill the user requirements.

• Apple has got a unique property in making new and massive designs while introducing new products in the market against its strong competitors like Dell, HP and HTC by making the IPad much better than the tablets.

• For sure IPad 3 can lead in the present market by making different innovations in product and with better IPads 3 version which they may have full control on the problems.

• By launching new apps, in their products they will gain a strong and long lasting position in the global market.

Threats

• IPad 3 may face some tough challenges in the long run of companies in upcoming times, because the industry is prejudiced by many other strong based companies & competitive products  like other IPads, Macbooks, Samsung, Nokia products also etc which make tablets and it is in the range of the users.

• The irregularities in the economical market have a major influence on the company’s income. If any company launches a new product that holds advance applications and can affect the position of IPad 3 and even Apple Company in the market.

• These problems can have an effect on IPad 3 launching of new products in the countries like Asia, South Africa and many others.
