Strengths

• The company makes beer of the top brand and thus makes its standard higher in the market. Due to its products Anheuser Busch is now gaining very good international position.

• The production line of the company is very strong which plays an important role in making one of the best and competitive companies in the market.

• Quality of products is its specialty and Anheuser Busch is much concerned with its brand name and work hard to maintain it; due to this they give their best ability to make it the top brand of the world.

• They also have the advantage that they enter the market when there was no many other beverage making companies in the country.

Weaknesses

• Their market concentration is low. And this is the only reason why their customers are moving to other brands.

• They have a great trust on wholesalers and this is one of the major negative point about the company.

• Anheuser Busch is facing problems to produce and deliver sufficient amount of beverages needed in the market.

• Some of the People think that if the demands of the Anheuser Busch’s increase the company starts producing an imperfect amount of beer or beverages which could create bad impression about the company.

Opportunities

• By having trading relations with the country like China the company could do more and affective business, as the demands and beer consumption in China is increasing day by day. Trading with China will also help the company to be recognized in the international market.

• To become the world no’1 company it should start making relation and strong sponsor agreement with the companies from other countries.

• By focusing on other drinks, they can increase their brand and in doing so their market shares can increase as well.

• They can also run their business online through web operations and this will be a plus point for it. So that the clients can be connected with them more easily.

Threats

• One of the challenge for Anheuser Busch  that if some other Brewery Companies unites together, than this will make difficult for the company to survive in the market.

• The rise in the prices of the raw materials which are used in the manufacturing will result in the decrease of their production.

• As becoming the top brand is quite much easy than to maintain it in the marker so if the company ever drop their real image in the market than it is going to be real hard for them to keep up the position in the present market.
